Have A Summer Blast With Summer Coolers @ Blugre Coffee

April 5, 2013 - Summer is officially here and as expected, it's scorching hot and sometimes, it can be so unforgivable that we need to find a shade just to avoid the intense heat of the sun that touches our skin.

How about give yourself a treat and drink these Summer Coolers? Yup! Blugre Coffee will launch new drinks that will surely solve your problem with this summer heat. It comes with 2 flavors, Raspberry Blast and Passion Fruit Blast. This day, Blugre Coffee invited bloggers for a taste test with their Summer Coolers.

Summer Coolers
These drinks will be made available for the whole month of summer. This will start on April till mid-June.

Raspberry Blast
To start off, we have this Raspberry Blast. It consists of raspberry puree being blended, whipped cream and drizzled with raspberry puree. Before, when I visit Blugre, it's always cookies and cream for blended drinks. But this Raspberry Blast is sweet and delicious. It tasted like strawberry though but this will be one of the drinks that I'm looking forward to order.

Passion Fruit Blast
The Passion Fruit Blast comes from the Passion Fruit. This drink consists of (of course) passion fruit, whipped cream and passion fruit jelly on top. The taste has a similarity of a guyabano (as described by fellow bloggers). It's also a good drink to try on if searching for different flavors.

Halo-Halo Torte
Who would thought that a favorite snack could be made into a cake? Well, Blugre did it happen. It's one of their newest dessert that would be launched this summer. It's called the Halo-Halo Torte. In the Halo-Halo Torte, you would find the familiar ingredients of halo-halo in one plate. Some that I've seen are jackfruit, leche flan, red mongo, taro (ube), vanilla ice cream and flakes.

Like in their signature torte, Halo-Halo torte comes with cream sauce that neutralizes the sweetness of the cake. When I tasted their Halo-Halo torte, it really has the taste of halo-halo and mixing it with cream neutralized the sweetness. You can even order 1 more slice if you want. The price is 145 Pesos.

I would like to thank Mr. Benjie Cuaresma for inviting bloggers to this event. He actually invited me to taste their Summer Coolers but it would be fun if I invite some bloggers to join and taste their newest products. What are you waiting for? Grab these coolers and have a blast this summer!

Thanks for reading! :D
