Kool Doughnuts by Krispy Kreme
March 16, 2015 - Forgive me readers for I have sinned; I've been busy for weeks in school and since I'm being serious on that matter, I almost forgot that I have my blog here to take care of. Well, it's still doing pretty good despite its status but anyway, here we go! :D
I know, I know, it's a month late and 80% is all my fault for not posting this one right away and 20% is our PC's fault for being erratically unresponsive and uncooperative which is why I experience series of delays. Well, enough of the ranting and let's start the ball rolling!
Since last month, the arrival of Kool Doughnuts made me curious since it's a lot different than we're used to seeing doughnuts having the fillings inside them or the ring doughnuts having toppings. These Kool Doughnuts though want to set the trend of being a standout among others. Why? Just look at it. :D
Kool Doughnuts were first introduced last March and since its existence, I've been longing to try them and what makes it different. When I decided to try the doughnut, I was excited since this took me days on craving this doughnut.
Well, Kool Doughnuts is available on three flavors: Caramel, Chocolate and Strawberry. Either way, they're guaranteed delicious but of course, each of us have different taste buds so, I suggest that you'll have to try them yourself. It's priced at 45 Pesos. :D
Lemme give you a warning though: Eat this doughnut with fork not with your bare hands. The fillings will surely ooze out and it can be pretty messy and your hands will surely be drenched. But I tell you, I love this doughnut! Well, why?
First and the obvious, its look. It looks like a "Cua Pao" that I've seen before but it's in the doughnut form. Second, the sweetness is controlled. I chose the Caramel filling since it's the only one available. It's a bit sweet but not too sweet to make your taste buds cringe with horror. The powdered sugar on top is a perfect touch to the Kool Doughnut. Third, this doughnut made me want to eat more! Got to control my cravings though but if I'm in the mood for one more doughnut, I would love to eat another one! :D
If you're into this kind of doughnut, I would suggest that you have to try Kool Doughnuts and if you're hungry for more, you're free to order another one till you're satisfied. Well, what are you waiting for? Head to Krispy Kreme and eat the Kool Doughnuts! :D
