April 3, 2014 - It's summer and the best way to cool down is to eat something cold! It's why I decided to try something new although this has been around for ages already! Good thing Shave Ice Treat at SM City Davao sells Hawaiian Shaved Ice and I knew about this one but this was just the time that I can try this one.

Shave Ice Treat |
Shave Ice Treat is located on the first floor near the escalator. They sell mostly cold desserts such as Halo-Halo, Mais Con Yelo, Hawaiian Shaved Ice, etc. The great thing is, they shave their ice which means, there are very few lumps just like in Aling Foping's Halo-Halo.

Hawaiian Shaved Ice Menu |
When ordering the Hawaiian Shaved Ice, you'll notice there are tons of flavors to choose from which made me left undecided for a while which flavors to try. Minutes after, I just chose the Green Apple and Strawberry. Prices: 1 to 2 flavors costs
30 Pesos. 3 flavors costs
40 Pesos.

Green Apple and Strawberry |
I just love how careful they are when pouring the syrup on the shaved ice and it means, I also have to be careful when eating my Hawaiian Shaved Ice. It's a bit difficult to eat this dessert as you might spill a bit (which it really happened) but I just ate it like ice cream. Later on, I used the spoon to make my situation a lot easier. The strawberry overwhelmed the green apple in terms of flavor but I love it! It's so perfect during this summer season and a great way to cap off the day.
